Residents are reminded that the Village Clusters Housing Allocations Plan – Main Modifications includes the proposed allocation of land north of Hamilton Way for up to 70 dwellings.

The Main Modifications identify:
– 65 dwellings with vehicular access via Hamilton Way, or
– up to 70 dwellings with access via both Hamilton Way and Thwaite Road.

Residents who wish to comment can submit their views directly through the official consultation process.
